Agentic Defense Solutions was founded by people who spent their careers inside the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense, where a decision you cannot explain afterward is not a product flaw. It is a finding.
Why this company exists
We kept being handed AI that could not
survive a review.
Capability was never the hard part. Every organization we worked in could get a model to produce an answer. What none of them could do was prove, six months later and in front of someone with authority, how that answer was reached and who authorized acting on it.
What we kept seeing

- Decisions no one could reconstruct after the fact
- Policy enforced in a prompt, where anyone could edit it
- Audit treated as a report to generate, not a record to keep
What we built instead

This is also the boundary we hold commercially. We do not build foundation models, agents, or the orchestration underneath them, and we do not replace integrators, primes, or mission teams. We provide the operational trust layer underneath them.

Bootstrapped Night Shift Development and sold it to Snowflake in 2024. Nearly two decades supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense, which is where the requirement behind ARIA came from.
